Chalet Arts has opened up part of the store as a gallery area for various local artists who we have ties with. Additionally, we plan on hosting events such as art openings and small pop up type shows periodically. Our first of these will be on Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 5 to 7 pm.
Local artists who will have art on the wall are Brent Funderburk, Joe MacGown, Joseph MacGown, Anna Chaney, Frances Hairston, Holly Johnson, Ben RosenKrans, and John Bateman. We will gradually add other artists. Some of these artists, and others, will be in attendance for the event on January 31 to show, sell, and talk about their art. Additionally, we will have special framing discounts offered for unframed originals and prints sold during the event!!!
